A heavy equipment bellwether had a rough Wednesday afternoon and dragged the blue chips down with it, while a rocket company’s shopping list is turning heads across Silicon Valley.

Housing, meanwhile, keeps getting pricier by the week and buyers are feeling it. The detail tying all three together is easy to miss, so read on before you close the tab.

Top Winners and Losers

Pinnacle Food Group [PFAI] $5.07 (+116.67%)

Pinnacle Food Group more than doubled after a filing revealed shareholders approved a voting shake-up at their October 2 meeting: each Class B share now carries 20 votes instead of five.

That tightens insiders’ grip on control, and traders decided the headline was worth chasing. This is a stock with a history of sprinting on short notice.

Bending Spoons [BSP] $41.07 (+24.19%)

Bending Spoons, the Milan-based app maker that keeps buying up software brands, jumped as investors warmed to the financing behind its Miro purchase, including a fresh $1.25 billion and 395 million euro term loan add-on, plus recent credit rating upgrades.

After a rough stretch last month, buyers also appear to be in the mood for a rebound.

GIBO Holdings [GIBO] $54.99 (+23.74%)

GIBO Holdings added another leg to a two-day sprint, with the AI short drama platform climbing again after jumping roughly 24 percent the session before.

The company keeps rolling out AI video tools, and a share consolidation in June reset its price. Only a sliver of shares changed hands, so small orders carried big weight.

Webull [BULL] $5.89 (-19.09%)

Webull tumbled after a bipartisan House committee on China raised national security concerns, pointing to ownership ties, its technical workforce, and cross-border data flows.

The broker says the report contains significant inaccuracies. It counts 28.2 million users, with about 85 percent of funded accounts in the U.S. Formal regulatory action would be the next shoe to drop.

Hess Midstream [HESM] $33.03 (-14.63%)

Hess Midstream sank after a restructuring with Chevron that has it buying Chevron’s DJ Basin assets and equity stake while cutting Bakken fees for Chevron through 2033.

The sting is in the outlook: 2027 adjusted EBITDA is guided to 850 to 950 million dollars, well below this year’s forecast, with distributions held flat. Independence apparently comes with a discount.

Alamar Biosciences [ALMR] $27.77 (-13.92%)

Alamar Biosciences slipped as traders trimmed a richly priced proteomics name worth nearly 2 billion dollars on roughly 100 million dollars in annual sales.

The protein testing company has had a steady run of good news, including a second-quarter revenue beat and a new board member with Grail pedigree, so today looks more like profit-taking than panic.

You Read This Far. Here's Where the Real Work Lives.

We run three live portfolios on Autopilot, and everything about them is public: every position, every allocation, every trade, visible the moment it happens.

We keep our own money in each one, because analysis you won't fund yourself is just content.

THE UNBREAKABLE STACK
Our growth book: durable software and cybersecurity names built to compound quietly for years.

THE HORMUZ PREMIUM
Our energy thesis: built for how that sector actually pays, over quarters, not headlines.

THE ELON INDEX
Our conviction bet on the Musk universe: Tesla, and the companies orbiting his ventures, energy, AI, infrastructure. High-beta by design, for investors who want direct exposure to the trade rather than watching it from the sidelines.

And here's the part that makes it effortless: Autopilot does the trading for you. Connect the brokerage you already use (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, and more) and every move we make gets mirrored in your own account automatically.

Your money never leaves your brokerage. It stays in your account, under your control, and you can override any trade or disconnect anytime. Autopilot even rebalances automatically when allocations drift, and you get a notification every time something happens.

No watching tickers. No timing entries. No fat-finger mistakes at market open. You pick the portfolio, we do the work, your account follows along.

Pick the one that fits your risk level, or run all three:

Live portfolios, real positions, our own capital at stake. Your funds stay in your own brokerage account. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.

That's it for today! Please, write us back, and let us know what you think of the Closing Bell Roundup. We're always eager to hear feedback!

Thanks for reading. I'll see you at the next open!

Best Regards,
— Adam G.
