Hidden Market Vehicle (Sponsored)
What if you could put $240 into a trade and walk away with more than $2,500?
That's what happened with BigBear.ai, but not with the stock. The stock went up 289%. The investment I'm talking about went up 942%.
It's not an option. It's not a penny stock. It's not crypto.
It's a little-known vehicle that companies issue themselves, that you can trade like a regular stock, and you don’t need special access.
Over the past seven years, this approach has produced winners of 2,174%, 2,805%, and 4,942%.
Most investors will never hear about it.

Movers and Shakers

Liquidia [LQDA]: Premarket Move: +48%
Liquidia surged after announcing a sweeping patent settlement with United Therapeutics, resolving six lawsuits and protecting continued sales of its YUTREPIA lung disease treatment. The agreement requires $380.7 million in net payments through 2027, while Liquidia will remove one disputed treatment indication from its label. Preliminary third-quarter YUTREPIA sales reached $222.7 million, giving the company confidence it can fund the settlement without additional financing.
Beam Therapeutics [BEAM]: Premarket Move: +4%
Beam Therapeutics climbed after reporting promising early gene-editing results for its experimental treatment BEAM-301. Initial Phase 1/2 data showed improved glucose production in patients with glycogen storage disease, a rare metabolic disorder. Both evaluable patients receiving the higher dose achieved at least 15 hours of controlled fasting, compared with roughly 2.5 hours before treatment, offering early evidence that the company's gene-editing technology could provide lasting benefits.
Skydance [SKYD]: Premarket Move: −18%
Skydance plunged as shares began trading without warrant rights following the distribution of approximately 471 million warrants to eligible shareholders. Each warrant allows holders to purchase one share at $12, with the securities trading separately under SKYD WS. Much of the decline reflects the value of those rights separating from the common shares rather than a comparable loss in business value, although potential dilution and the company's substantial debt remain concerns.
