3. How We Disclose Personal Information

Service providers

We share information with vendors performing services for us, including our email service provider, website hosting, analytics, and payment processing. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us.

Partners you choose to receive offers from

Some of our signup flows and websites present offers from third-party partners in the financial publishing and marketing industries. Each partner is identified by name, and your information is disclosed to a partner only if you affirmatively check the box for that specific partner and submit the form. We do not disclose your contact information to partners you have not selected.

Where you have selected a partner, we disclose the contact information you provided so that partner may send you the market insights, promotions, or offers described at the point of signup. Because you direct these disclosures by selecting the named partner, they are not a "sale" of personal information under California law.

Once your information is disclosed to a partner you selected, that partner's own privacy policy governs its use of your information, and we are not responsible for its practices. You may unsubscribe from any partner's communications using the links in that partner's emails, or by contacting the partner directly.

Advertisers

Our emails and websites contain third-party advertisements and affiliate offers. We do not disclose your email address or other contact information to advertisers in connection with these placements. When you click an advertisement or affiliate link, you leave our Services and the third party's privacy practices govern.

Business transfers

In a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure engagement, and support advertising. Our emails contain pixels that record whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.

Advertising partners appearing on our websites may set their own cookies to deliver targeted advertising. This Policy does not cover their practices.

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Because no common standard exists for responding to "Do Not Track" browser signals, we do not currently respond to them.
