  1. Annual subscriptions to the Service will be billed immediately upon purchase, and renew every year on the same date.

  2. Lifetime subscriptions to the Service will be billed immediately, and subscribers will have continued access to Elite Growth Stocks Report for as long as the Service is offered and supported by us.

    1. Lifetime subscriptions only extend to the services defined in the applicable order and do not extend to any future services that may be developed or other components of the service.

    2. You may not assign, transfer, or resell your lifetime subscription to any other person or entity.

    3. We reserve the right to revise the terms or make changes to the Lifetime Subscription, which will be communicated in these Terms of Service.

    4. Once you have purchased a Lifetime Subscription, your membership will last until the earlier of 99 years or for as long as we continue to offer the components of the Service for which you have purchased a Lifetime Subscription, unless you choose to cancel your Service account in accordance with the Terms of Service or we discontinue business operations related to the Service.

    5. We make no warranties as to the expected duration of access to the Lifetime Subscription.

    6. In receiving a Lifetime Subscription, you acknowledge and agree that the components of the Services for which you purchase a Lifetime Subscription could change or terminate in the future.
