The AI sell-off is getting harder to ignore, but today’s strongest stories stretch well beyond chip stocks. Visa just crossed a major payments milestone, Apple is testing a new device-leasing model, and data-center demand is creating fresh winners across logistics, water treatment, and digital infrastructure.

Market Pulse
Asia’s AI Sell-Off Gets More Violent
Asian markets extended their sharp decline as doubts about AI valuations and infrastructure returns intensified, with South Korea, Taiwan, and Japan all taking heavy losses. SK Hynix fell despite another strong quarter, leaving Microsoft and Meta with the difficult job of restoring confidence in the broader AI trade.
India Becomes the Anti-Chip Trade
Indian shares moved higher ahead of the Fed decision as technology-services stocks bucked the broader Asian rout. Investors are treating companies such as Infosys and Coforge as relatively insulated from the capital-intensive AI hardware shakeout, helping the sector extend its recent rebound.

Payments & Consumer Technology
Visa Crosses the $4 Trillion Mark
Visa processed more than $4 trillion in quarterly payments for the first time, as World Cup travel and resilient consumer spending lifted cross-border volumes and profits above expectations. The company is also cutting roughly 7% of its workforce as it redirects resources toward AI, automation, and higher-growth products.
Apple Turns Hardware Into a Subscription
Apple launched a U.S. device-leasing program with Klarna, offering monthly plans for iPhones, Macs, iPads, and Apple Watches. Customers can return, purchase, or upgrade the device at the end of the lease, potentially giving Apple another way to shorten replacement cycles without relying on large upfront purchases.

AI Supply Chains & Infrastructure
AI Rewrites Asia’s Air-Cargo Map
The AI buildout is replacing e-commerce as a major growth engine for Asian air freight, as airlines reorganize routes around semiconductor and server-manufacturing hubs. Korean Air’s cargo revenue jumped 46%, with chips, server racks, and data-center equipment overtaking Chinese parcels as its primary growth driver.
Data Centers Turn Water Treatment Into a Growth Market
Xylem raised its annual profit forecast as AI infrastructure strengthened demand for water-treatment equipment. The results highlight a less obvious beneficiary of the data-center boom, since expanding computing capacity also requires major investment in cooling, water management, and supporting utility systems.

Wall Street Sounds Alarm (Sponsored)
Wall Street banks are warning that the next market crisis could be unlike anything investors have seen in decades.
If Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are right, portfolios could remain under pressure for 10 years or longer.
After repeated market shocks since 2022, some experts believe the instability could continue well into the 2030s.

Healthcare & Life Sciences
GSK Cuts Costs to Fund a Bigger Drug Pipeline
GSK launched a $2.5 billion restructuring plan after beating quarterly profit expectations. The drugmaker plans to reinvest much of the savings into 25 late-stage studies as it prepares for patent pressure on its blockbuster HIV franchise.
Clinical-Research Spending Shows Signs of Life
IQVIA raised its annual revenue and profit forecasts as demand improved across clinical research services. The stronger outlook offers another sign that biotech and pharmaceutical companies are loosening research budgets after a long stretch of cautious spending and project delays.

Industrials & Infrastructure
Boeing Generates Cash Again
Boeing produced positive quarterly free cash flow despite another charge tied to Air Force One, helping its shares rise even as the headline loss missed expectations. Aircraft deliveries reached their highest quarterly level since 2018, offering fresh evidence that the company’s production recovery is gaining traction.
American Tower Gets a Lift From Record Data-Center Leasing
American Tower raised its annual outlook after beating quarterly revenue and profit estimates. Strong tower demand remained the foundation, but record leasing at its CoreSite data-center business gave investors another way to connect the company’s real-estate portfolio to rising digital infrastructure spending.

Movers and Shakers

Bloom Energy [BE]: Premarket Move: +9%
Bloom Energy surged as record second-quarter results reinforced demand for its on-site power systems. The bigger story is the AI power bottleneck: data-center developers need electricity faster than utilities can expand the grid, putting Bloom’s fuel-cell technology in a stronger position as revenue jumped 166% to $1.07 billion.
Manhattan Associates [MANH]: Premarket Move: +11%
Manhattan Associates jumped after second-quarter earnings and revenue both topped Wall Street forecasts, with EPS of $1.39 and sales of $297.8 million. The supply-chain software company also lifted its full-year outlook to $5.44–$5.50 per share on revenue of $1.16 billion–$1.17 billion.
CoStar Group [CSGP]: Premarket Move: −15%
CoStar plunged after second-quarter revenue missed expectations and management issued a soft third-quarter outlook, overshadowing a modest earnings beat. Full-year revenue guidance of $3.71 billion–$3.75 billion also fell below the $3.80 billion consensus estimate, adding fresh pressure to a stock already down sharply over the past year.

You Read This Far. Here's Where the Real Work Lives.
We run three live portfolios on Autopilot, and everything about them is public: every position, every allocation, every trade, visible the moment it happens.
We keep our own money in each one, because analysis you won't fund yourself is just content.
THE UNBREAKABLE STACK
Our growth book: durable software and cybersecurity names built to compound quietly for years.
THE HORMUZ PREMIUM
Our energy thesis: built for how that sector actually pays, over quarters, not headlines.
THE SQUEEZE
The defensive sleeve: staples and steady compounders, boring on purpose, built for the nights you'd rather sleep than watch futures.
And here's the part that makes it effortless: Autopilot does the trading for you. Connect the brokerage you already use (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, and more) and every move we make gets mirrored in your own account automatically.
Your money never leaves your brokerage. It stays in your account, under your control, and you can override any trade or disconnect anytime. Autopilot even rebalances automatically when allocations drift, and you get a notification every time something happens.
No watching tickers. No timing entries. No fat-finger mistakes at market open. You pick the portfolio, we do the work, your account follows along.
Pick the one that fits your risk level, or run all three:
Live portfolios, real positions, our own capital at stake. Your funds stay in your own brokerage account. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.
