The AI buildout is still attracting enormous sums of capital, but delays, power constraints, and tighter financing conditions are starting to expose the weak points in the boom. At the same time, biotech dealmaking remains active, with major drugmakers spending heavily to strengthen pipelines and improve how treatments are delivered.

Now investors can access private shares through its Regulation Crowdfunding offering.

Market Pulse
Global bond markets are putting fresh pressure on stocks as long-dated U.S. Treasury yields climbed to two-decade highs; Brent crude near $105 has revived inflation concerns and strengthened expectations for additional Fed rate hikes.
Wall Street slipped as oil and rates moved higher together after Middle East tensions pushed crude sharply higher and the 30-year Treasury yield reached its highest level since 2004; markets are also watching the U.S.-China summit for signs of progress on trade and technology.

AI & Infrastructure
A major OpenAI data-center project is exposing the risks behind the AI spending boom after Oracle issued a force majeure notice tied to Blue Owl’s massive New Mexico campus; power and infrastructure delays are making lenders more cautious about financing the sector’s rapid expansion.
BlackRock and IFM could be preparing one of the biggest data-center deals yet as a consortium enters exclusive talks to buy STACK Infrastructure’s Asia-Pacific portfolio for as much as $25 billion. The assets span major markets including Tokyo, Osaka, Sydney, and Melbourne.

Healthcare & Biotech
Novo Nordisk is betting on fewer injections to strengthen its obesity franchise through a deal worth up to €1.165 billion for Nanexa’s long-acting drug-delivery technology; the platform could potentially turn weekly peptide treatments into monthly or quarterly doses.
Roche’s Genentech is adding another potential cancer platform to its pipeline with a bispecific-antibody partnership with Earendil Labs worth more than $1.5 billion. Genentech is paying $55 million upfront and will handle global clinical development and commercialization.

Finance & Deals
Japan’s SMBC wants a bigger piece of Vietnam’s banking market as the lender enters advanced talks to raise its VPBank stake to roughly 20% from 15%. SMBC paid $1.5 billion for its original position in 2023, although the two sides are reportedly still negotiating valuation.
The bidding war for Capricorn Energy just got more expensive after Genel Energy raised its offer to roughly $436 million and won back the target’s board support. The revised proposal tops DNO’s competing bid as both groups chase Capricorn’s Egyptian oil assets.

Capital & Industry
ADARx Pharmaceuticals upsized its IPO as biotech demand stays strong with the RNA drug developer pricing a $446.3 million Nasdaq offering at $17 per share. AbbVie has also agreed to invest up to $100 million alongside the listing, potentially lifting total proceeds above $535 million.
Welspun just landed the largest contract in its history after its U.S. unit secured a $412.5 million pipe-supply order; the deal pushes the Indian manufacturer’s global order book to a record $4.7 billion.

Movers and Shakers

Akamai Technologies [AKAM]: Premarket Move: +23%
Akamai surged after announcing an $11.6 billion, seven-year cloud agreement with Anthropic to support the AI company’s rapidly growing computing needs. The partnership could expand by another $9 billion, taking its potential value to roughly $20 billion and giving Akamai a major new growth engine for its distributed cloud infrastructure.
Atlas Energy Solutions [AESI]: Premarket Move: +9%
Atlas Energy Solutions jumped after an SEC filing detailed $613.5 million of new power-generation equipment agreements tied to a large infrastructure project. The purchases include roughly 328 megawatts of generation capacity and are backed by a reimbursement agreement with a leading AI lab, strengthening Atlas’ exposure to the fast-growing data-center power market.
Zscaler [ZS]: Premarket Move: −4%
Zscaler fell after announcing that Chief Revenue Officer Mike Rich will step down from his role on October 1, with worldwide sales chief Ross Tackett taking over. Rich will remain as a strategic advisor through year-end, but the leadership change introduced fresh uncertainty around Zscaler’s sales organization after the stock’s strong September rally.

We run three live portfolios on Autopilot, and everything about them is public: every position, every allocation, every trade, visible the moment it happens.
We keep our own money in each one, because analysis you won't fund yourself is just content.
THE UNBREAKABLE STACK
Our growth book: durable software and cybersecurity names built to compound quietly for years.
THE HORMUZ PREMIUM

THE ELON INDEX
Our conviction bet on the Musk universe: Tesla, and the companies orbiting his ventures, energy, AI, infrastructure. High-beta by design, for investors who want direct exposure to the trade rather than watching it from the sidelines.
And here's the part that makes it effortless: Autopilot does the trading for you. Connect the brokerage you already use (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, and more) and every move we make gets mirrored in your own account automatically.
Your money never leaves your brokerage. It stays in your account, under your control, and you can override any trade or disconnect anytime. Autopilot even rebalances automatically when allocations drift, and you get a notification every time something happens.
No watching tickers. No timing entries. No fat-finger mistakes at market open. You pick the portfolio, we do the work, your account follows along.
Pick the one that fits your risk level, or run all three:
