Today’s market setup is broader than another AI headline. Cloud giants are pushing AI into real-world enterprise use, Asian factories are getting a demand lift from the buildout, and the IPO window is starting to show signs of life again.

Unlock Cash Without Selling Your Crypto
Your crypto strategy shouldn’t pause when you need liquidity. With Figure’s Crypto-Backed Loan, you can borrow against your BTC, ETH, or SOL without selling a single coin — keeping your portfolio intact and your upside open.
Why Crypto Holders Choose Figure
Figure offers one of the market’s lowest fixed-rates for crypto backed loans at 8.91% (9.999% APR), letting you turn dormant digital assets into working capital. Every loan features a 50% fixed LTV, 12-month term, and zero prepayment penalties, giving you flexibility and predictability from day one.
And unlike most lenders, Figure uses decentralized MPC custody. Your collateral stays in a segregated, on-chain verifiable MPC wallet, meaning you retain control and transparency. No pooled custody. No hidden rehypothecation risk. Just trust backed by cryptographic proof.
How It Works
Deposit your BTC, ETH, or SOL. Instantly access a USD loan at a low fixed rate while your crypto remains securely stored and visible on-chain. Because you’re borrowing rather than selling, you avoid taxable events and maintain exposure to future appreciation.

Futures at a Glance📈
Futures are slipping as Wall Street cools off after a strong first-half run. Chip and AI names still drove the big gains into June, but traders look ready to take a breather as semis start to look stretched. The focus now shifts to jobs data, manufacturing reads, and Kevin Warsh’s push to remake the Fed as rate-hike worries stay in the mix.

$125 Million In Insider Selling Just Hit Two Beaten-Up And Breakout Stocks

The other is a biotech platform stock breaking out to new highs after a massive run. But Elite Trade Club Insider readers are seeing the cleaner signal: insiders are selling into both stress and strength before the next headline tells everyone else what already changed.

Market Pulse
Global Markets Cool After a Strong AI-Led Run
Global stocks eased to start the third quarter as bond yields rose, the dollar firmed, and the yen hit a fresh multi-decade low. The market read is that AI optimism is still carrying sentiment, but rates, currencies, and upcoming U.S. jobs data are keeping investors from going fully risk-on.
Investors Revisit India as Oil Pressure Fades
Global fund managers are taking another look at Indian stocks after lower oil prices and a steadier rupee eased two major headwinds. India still needs stronger earnings momentum to justify a broader rerating, but the pullback in crude is improving the macro backdrop for one of Asia’s most watched equity markets.

AI & Enterprise Tech
AWS Puts $1 Billion Behind Embedded AI Engineers
Amazon’s cloud unit is committing $1 billion to a new team of embedded AI engineers who will work directly inside customer organizations. That matters because the AI trade is moving from model hype to deployment, where cloud providers are now competing on who can actually help companies turn AI spending into working software.
U.S. Lifts Controls on Anthropic’s Latest AI Models
The U.S. Commerce Department lifted export restrictions on Anthropic’s Fable 5 and Mythos 5 models after the company added new safeguards. The reversal is a big AI-policy signal: Washington still wants tighter oversight, but it also does not want to freeze U.S. model leaders out of global enterprise demand.

Supply Chain & Manufacturing
AI Demand Keeps Asian Factories Moving
The global AI boom helped power Asian factory activity in June, with demand for chips, data-center gear, and tech products offsetting some drag from the Iran war. The catch is that shipping delays, raw-material pressure, and energy uncertainty are still keeping cost risks alive across the region.
Retailers Pull China Orders Forward Before Tariff Risk Hits
U.S. retailers have frontloaded China orders by four to six weeks to secure inventory ahead of possible tariff hikes later this year. That may support near-term shipping and export data, but it also raises the risk of a softer demand patch once those early holiday orders are already in the system.

Energy & Geopolitics
Oil Slips as Traders Watch Iran-U.S. Talks
Oil prices fell more than 1% as markets waited for progress in Iran-U.S. negotiations and fresh U.S. inventory data. The bigger market point is that crude has moved from panic premium to headline-driven chop, which helps equities but keeps energy volatility on the board.
Russian Diesel Risk Keeps Fuel Markets on Edge
A potential Russian diesel export ban could create another fuel shock just as markets are recovering from the Middle East supply scare. If Russian refinery damage keeps spreading, diesel could become the next inflation pressure point even if headline crude prices stay calmer.

Capital Markets & IPOs
Lime Tests the Reopened IPO Window
Uber-backed Lime raised $167 million in its U.S. IPO, pricing shares at the midpoint of its range. The deal gives investors another read on whether the public market is open beyond mega-cap AI names and whether smaller growth listings can still attract demand.
Asia’s Biggest IPO of the Year Hits Shenzhen
China Resources New Energy is set to debut after Asia’s largest IPO of 2026, with proceeds aimed at wind and solar projects. The listing shows that clean-energy capital formation is still alive in China, even as the sector deals with pricing pressure, grid constraints, and uneven investor appetite.

Trivia: The first U.S. mutual fund is still in operation today. What year was it created?

Movers and Shakers

Sable Offshore [SOC]: Premarket Move: +17%
Sable Offshore jumped after the company outlined plans to offer $100 million of common stock and $300 million of convertible senior notes. The move gives the company fresh capital, but the stock is still down more than 85% over the past year, so traders are treating this as a high-risk rebound rather than a clean balance-sheet win.
Bloom Energy [BE]: Premarket Move: +9%
Bloom Energy rose even as BMO reiterated a Market Perform rating and $279 price target, below the stock’s latest close near $303. The market is still leaning into Bloom’s AI power-demand story, but the analyst target shows valuation is becoming harder to defend after a gain of more than 1,200% over the past year.
SanDisk [SNDK]: Premarket Move: −5%
SanDisk slipped despite Bernstein doubling down on a $3,000 price target after the stock’s recent pullback. The AI memory thesis is still intact, but the stock is up nearly 5,000% over the past year, so even bullish analyst notes are not stopping traders from locking in gains.
