Paramount is raising $7.5 billion to finance its Warner Bros. acquisition through a senior secured debt package backing the media combination, adding another major funding piece as the company moves toward completing the transaction.

Top Winners and Losers
Surrozen [SRZN] $33.68 (+108.42%)
Surrozen more than doubled after submitting an Investigational New Drug application to the FDA for SZN-8141, opening the path toward clinical trials in diabetic macular edema.
The therapy combines Wnt pathway activation with VEGF inhibition in a single molecule. That regulatory step gave traders a fresh milestone to trade, sending the stock sharply higher after a long stretch of volatility.
Greenland Energy Company [GLND] $5.35 (+83.85%)
Greenland Energy surged after extending its Jameson Land farm-out agreement with 80 Mile, pushing the longstop dates for two planned exploration wells out to Dec. 31, 2028. Greenland Energy will also take responsibility for securing the required drilling permits and pay 80 Mile £500,000 under the amended agreement.
The extension gives the project more time to progress through permitting and preparation.
Greenland Mines [GRML] $14.89 (+33.07%)
Greenland Mines kept riding the critical-minerals theme after the U.S.-Denmark-Greenland security agreement put fresh attention on the territory’s rare-earth resources.
The company has also been expanding its position in the Sarfartoq rare-earth district, giving traders multiple reasons to keep the Greenland trade active. The latest move follows several days of unusually strong interest across the sector.

Trio-Tech International [TRT] $7.26 (-36.59%)
Trio-Tech tumbled despite reporting fiscal 2026 revenue growth of 72% to $62.6 million. The problem was profitability: the company recorded a $204,000 operating loss versus $254,000 of operating income a year earlier, while gross margin fell to 16.6% from 25.1%.
The numbers showed much stronger sales, but considerably less conversion of that growth into operating profit.
Artelo Biosciences [ARTL] $5.17 (-29.27%)
Artelo gave back a large portion of its recent gains after the stock’s earlier obesity-related excitement cooled. The company had reported that ART27.13 produced roughly 20% weight loss as a monotherapy and about 40% when combined with semaglutide in obese mice.
Those are nonclinical findings, and the stock’s sharp swings show how quickly enthusiasm around early-stage biotech data can reverse.
Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. V [IPEX] $7.48 (-19.57%)
Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. V slid as investors continued to digest the mechanics surrounding its pending combination with GOWell Technology. The company had already extended its redemption deadline earlier in September, while shareholders subsequently approved the business combination.
With the transaction still moving through its closing process, the SPAC remains highly sensitive to deal-related developments and the amount of capital ultimately remaining in the trust.

No watching tickers. No timing entries. No fat-finger mistakes at market open. You pick the portfolio, we do the work, your account follows along.
Pick the one that fits your risk level, or run all three:
Live portfolios, real positions, our own capital at stake. Your funds stay in your own brokerage account. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.
