Brazil’s first round of voting sent a jolt through currency desks this morning, and a strong dollar is quietly rewriting the playbook far beyond Latin America.
Crypto’s top regulator also unveiled a rulebook that skips the biggest question in the room. The most important thread tonight is not the one grabbing the headlines, and it ties the whole session together.

Brazil took center stage as Flávio Bolsonaro won the first round of its presidential vote, sending the real up more than 4 percent and pushing the dollar toward an almost 18-month high against its rivals.
Back home, the CFTC proposed new crypto rules that steer clear of spot trading, leaving the industry’s thorniest question for another day. Brent slipped nearly 2 percent while OPEC held output steady, a quiet nod to a market that has had its fill of supply drama.
Centalion, the former Gunvor, bought gas fields from Silver Hill for about 1.5 billion dollars.
Meanwhile, a Streetwise column argued AI is squeezing the life out of the rest of the market, and one strategist shrugged that if AI’s benefits are infinite, pricier borrowing hardly matters.

AI & Technology
Rezolve AI shares rose 8.8% after signing a worldwide reseller agreement with Mastercard, allowing the payments company to sell subscriptions to its commerce software, including conversational shopping, product search, personalization, and checkout tools.
Nvidia and Broadcom remain relatively insulated from U.S. power shortages, according to Morgan Stanley’s latest assessment, while delayed AI deployments could expose memory, optical, and other component suppliers to postponed deliveries or canceled orders.

Pharma & Bio

Vaxcyte’s VAX-31 vaccine met all primary endpoints in a pivotal adult trial, producing comparable immune responses across shared bacterial strains and stronger responses against additional strains, supporting a planned U.S. regulatory filing in 2028.

Top Winners and Losers
NFT Limited [MI] $7.00 (+683.00%)
NFT Limited exploded in a stock with a tiny float, roughly 231,000 shares outstanding after a 1-for-80 reverse split in May.
The online art and NFT trading platform, formerly Takung Art, offered only a routine foreign issuer filing, so this was a momentum chase more than a business update. Tiny floats move fast.
Veea [VEEA] $5.72 (+71.77%)
Veea jumped after agreeing to roll out its VeeaONE platform across 1,000 unattended retail locations for Trollee, a customer win with real-world legs.
The edge computing company was already running hot on a term sheet to merge with NovaGen at a $750 million combined valuation. A signed deployment plus a bigger deal on deck made for easy buying.
PTC [PTC] $192.26 (+33.49%)
PTC surged after Schneider Electric agreed to buy the software maker for $205 per share in cash, a roughly $22.6 billion deal carrying a premium north of 42 percent.
The shares settled a bit under the offer, which is how the market treats a takeover that will not close until late 2027 and still needs regulatory sign-off.

Roze AI [RZAI] $12.91 (-35.13%)
Roze AI gave back more than a third of its value in one session, extending a slide that has left the Korean fire safety and physical AI company far below its record high near $35.
Revenue is only about $2 million while market value sits in the hundreds of millions, a gap that exposes a stock once momentum buyers step aside.
Velo3D [VELO] $9.57 (-14.55%)
Velo3D slid as traders kept trimming a rich run built partly on its SpaceX ties, with a short seller’s earlier report questioning that relationship still hanging over the shares. Shares dropped further following the departure of Chief Financial Officer James Suva.
The business has not cracked, since revenue grew 52 percent last quarter and guidance moved higher. But a space proxy trades on sentiment first and spreadsheets second.
Sphere Entertainment [SPHR] $110.80 (-13.61%)
Sphere Entertainment sank after Craig-Hallum downgraded the stock to Hold from Buy and slashed its price target to $132 from $170.
The call landed on a stock already trading well below its recent averages, which gave nervous holders a reason to head for the exit. Most analysts remain bullish, which makes this one dissenting voice carry an outsized echo.

You Read This Far. Here's Where the Real Work Lives.
We run three live portfolios on Autopilot, and everything about them is public: every position, every allocation, every trade, visible the moment it happens.
We keep our own money in each one, because analysis you won't fund yourself is just content.
THE UNBREAKABLE STACK
Our growth book: durable software and cybersecurity names built to compound quietly for years.
THE HORMUZ PREMIUM
Our energy thesis: built for how that sector actually pays, over quarters, not headlines.
THE ELON INDEX
Our conviction bet on the Musk universe: Tesla, and the companies orbiting his ventures, energy, AI, infrastructure. High-beta by design, for investors who want direct exposure to the trade rather than watching it from the sidelines.
And here's the part that makes it effortless: Autopilot does the trading for you. Connect the brokerage you already use (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, and more) and every move we make gets mirrored in your own account automatically.
Your money never leaves your brokerage. It stays in your account, under your control, and you can override any trade or disconnect anytime. Autopilot even rebalances automatically when allocations drift, and you get a notification every time something happens.
No watching tickers. No timing entries. No fat-finger mistakes at market open. You pick the portfolio, we do the work, your account follows along.
Pick the one that fits your risk level, or run all three:
Live portfolios, real positions, our own capital at stake. Your funds stay in your own brokerage account. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.

That's it for today! Please, write us back, and let us know what you think of the Closing Bell Roundup. We're always eager to hear feedback!
Thanks for reading. I'll see you at the next open!
