filed Form PRE14A announcing a shareholder meeting to vote on an extension to its dealmaking deadline and other issues.

Leafly [LFLY] $2.60 (+28.7%)
rallied after publishing its 2023 Annual Report.

Biomea Fusion [PLTN] $2.43 (58.1%)
said a clinical trial for BMF-219 was placed on a clinical hold by the Food and Drug Administration due to concerns of possible drug-induced hepatotoxicity.

Logistic Properties [LPA] $24.50 (48.0%)
continued to retreat after a big rally on Tuesday.

Gamestop [GME] $28.22 (39.3%)
pulled back after the company announced a new offering of 75 million shares and reported disappointing Q1 2024 earnings results.
