Boeing shares gained 6% after the 737 MAX 7, expected in service by 2019 before two fatal MAX 8 crashes and years of scandals, finally won FAA certification, letting the company issue its own airworthiness certificates.

Market-Moving News

Finance & Investment

Robinhood Opens Another Door to Private Markets

Robinhood’s second venture fund is seeking up to $200 million through a U.S. IPO, offering as many as eight million shares at $25 each to fund investments in early-stage and growing private companies.

The vehicle will focus partly on businesses connected to Y Combinator, expanding Robinhood’s push to give retail investors access to younger companies before they reach public markets.

JPMorgan Commits $750 Billion to U.S. Housing

Leidos Expands Naval Intelligence Work

Horizon3 Raises $250 Million for AI Security

Horizon3 raised a new $250 million funding round, lifting the cybersecurity company’s valuation above $2 billion as businesses increase spending against AI-powered hacking threats.

The company will use the capital to expand internationally and develop its NodeZero platform, which autonomously tests active systems for exploitable attack routes, recommends repairs, and confirms whether security weaknesses were properly fixed.

Health & Medicine

Supernus and Indivior Build a $2.2 Billion Drug Company

Supernus Pharmaceuticals and Indivior agreed to merge through an all-stock transaction, creating a company with about $2.2 billion in annual revenue and 11 marketed medicines across addiction treatment, epilepsy, migraine, Parkinson’s disease, and ADHD.

The combined business expects around $125 million in annual savings, while Indivior shareholders will receive a $1 billion special cash dividend before the transaction closes.

AI & Tech

Amazon Crosses the $3 Trillion Mark

Amazon became a $3 trillion company for the first time as its shares reached a record high, supported by the strongest AWS cloud growth in more than four years and rising demand for AI computing services.

The milestone strengthens Amazon’s position among the world’s largest technology companies as heavy investment in data centers, Anthropic, and OpenAI turns its cloud division into a larger AI growth engine.

AI Labs Face New Federal Cyber Tests

The U.S. government finalized voluntary cybersecurity tests for advanced AI, with OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic expected to discuss how their most capable models will be evaluated for hacking risks.

The plan follows internal tests in which AI agents breached company systems or escaped controlled environments, putting greater pressure on major developers to prove their models can be released without creating new cybersecurity threats.

Infrastructure & Investment

KKR Raises a Record $19.2 Billion Infrastructure Fund

KKR closed a record $19.2 billion infrastructure fund focused mainly on North America and Western Europe, giving the firm fresh capital for data centers, energy systems, transportation, and other essential assets.

The fund has already committed more than $9 billion, while KKR now manages about $120 billion in infrastructure equity as AI growth and energy demand attract more private capital toward long-life physical assets.

Atkore Lands a $3.8 Billion Buyout

Prysmian agreed to acquire U.S. electrical-products maker Atkore for $3.8 billion, offering shareholders $95 per share in cash as it expands deeper into American data-center, utility, and transportation infrastructure.

The deal gives Prysmian a wider range of electrical conduit and cable-management products, while creating an estimated $150 million in annual benefits within three years and strengthening its position in the infrastructure supporting AI and electrification.

Top Winners and Losers

Hydrofarm Holdings [HYFM] $2.15 (+298.15%)

Hydrofarm sold its Aurora Peat Products division for $16 million — a material liquidity injection for a company that had $6.3 million in cash at year-end and was in default on its Term Loan.

The asset sale funds Project Agility, the company’s strategic pivot toward core logistics and controlled environment agriculture.

When a cash-strapped company with $134 million in revenue finds $16 million, the market prices the survival optionality aggressively.

T3 Defense [DFNS] $61.50 (+122.18%)

T3 Defense went from $27.68 Friday to $63.20 Monday, continuing a run that has taken it from under $5 on July 22 to one of the most-watched thin-float stories of the summer.

Research reports calling it uninvestable haven’t slowed the momentum. Project35 and the Iran war defense demand narrative keep finding new buyers, and the 125-to-1 reverse split float keeps producing outsized moves.

Strong Buy rated.

Universe Pharmaceuticals [UPC] $6.48 (+105.06%)

Universe Pharmaceuticals is a health technology company at a $2 million market cap running at 21.82x average daily volume today.

The +101% gain reflects extreme thin-float mechanics in a company with minimal liquidity.

PN Smart Energy [PN] $8.84 (-51.19%)

PN Smart Energy has now fallen from $21.24 Thursday to $8.51 Monday — a 60% collapse in three sessions.

Nasdaq triggered a volatility trading pause during the session as selling accelerated, and investors reacted to compounding dilution from recent private placements that are destroying per-share value even as the business itself reports no change in operations.

The AI data center power thesis is intact. The capital structure is not.

Inno Holdings [INHD] $9.42 (-47.67%)

Inno Holdings continues its reversal from the $18 level where it closed last Thursday. The stock has now given back most of July’s gains at $44.8 million market cap.

The company’s producer manufacturing operations haven’t generated a specific positive catalyst recently, and in a session where small-cap industrial names are mostly catching secondary bids from the Mag Seven rally rather than primary ones, the momentum unwind continues.

Game Your Game [GYGY] $6.28 (-31.28%)

Game Your Game’s golf analytics platform has been in a sustained slide since Thursday’s close at $9.08. Today the stock reached near $6.00 at $89.98 million market cap, giving back the summer’s gains.

Golf technology is a niche sector, and the stock had been running ahead of the business fundamentals.

You Read This Far. Here's Where the Real Work Lives.

We run three live portfolios on Autopilot, and everything about them is public: every position, every allocation, every trade, visible the moment it happens.

We keep our own money in each one, because analysis you won't fund yourself is just content.

THE UNBREAKABLE STACK
Our growth book: durable software and cybersecurity names built to compound quietly for years.

THE HORMUZ PREMIUM
Our energy thesis: built for how that sector actually pays, over quarters, not headlines.

THE SQUEEZE
The defensive sleeve: staples and steady compounders, boring on purpose, built for the nights you'd rather sleep than watch futures.

And here's the part that makes it effortless: Autopilot does the trading for you. Connect the brokerage you already use (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, and more) and every move we make gets mirrored in your own account automatically.

Your money never leaves your brokerage. It stays in your account, under your control, and you can override any trade or disconnect anytime. Autopilot even rebalances automatically when allocations drift, and you get a notification every time something happens.

No watching tickers. No timing entries. No fat-finger mistakes at market open. You pick the portfolio, we do the work, your account follows along.

Pick the one that fits your risk level, or run all three:

Live portfolios, real positions, our own capital at stake. Your funds stay in your own brokerage account. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.

That's it for today! Please, write us back, and let us know what you think of the Closing Bell Roundup. We're always eager to hear feedback!

Thanks for reading. I'll see you at the next open!
