Market Pulse

The Nasdaq pushed to a fresh intraday record as the AI trade regained momentum while oil slipped below $100 a barrel, easing some of the inflation pressure that had rattled markets earlier this month. AMD’s recent move above a $1 trillion valuation has added another heavyweight to the chip rally.

The U.S.-China AI rivalry is looking less financially divided than the politics suggest as Wall Street banks continue underwriting Chinese tech deals while Chinese capital keeps flowing toward U.S. semiconductor stocks; U.S. banks have worked on $17.2 billion of Chinese high-tech equity deals this year.

AI & Technology

Meta’s new AI agent is already being treated as a potential new revenue engine after Muse reached 2.8 million downloads in its first 12 days; analysts are watching whether Meta can turn that early adoption into paid subscriptions and a meaningful business beyond advertising.

Apple is pitching its newest Macs as an alternative to renting expensive AI computing power with upgraded Mac Minis and Mac Studios designed to run larger models locally; the company demonstrated a trillion-parameter model running across four Mac Studios from a single wall outlet.

Healthcare & Biotech

Roche posted encouraging data in its push into the obesity market after an experimental drug produced average weight loss of 15.5% in overweight or obese patients with type 2 diabetes, putting another potential challenger into a market dominated by Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk.

Amgen shares jumped after another late-stage drug win as its experimental autoimmune treatment met the main goal of a Phase 3 study, reducing disease activity in patients with an illness that attacks the body’s moisture-producing glands.

AirCar Already Flies (Sponsored)

Billions have poured into electric aviation.

AirCar took a different approach: build first.

Six full-scale aircraft. 100+ manned flights. And 270+ deposit-backed reservations worth roughly $27M at list price.

Finance & Deals

Binance is putting $100 million directly into Circle as the crypto exchange deepens its partnership with the USDC stablecoin issuer; the investment gives one of the world’s largest crypto platforms a direct financial stake in one of the sector’s biggest dollar-backed tokens.

Blackstone’s attempt to buy the co-owner of the IELTS exam has hit another roadblock after IDP Education rejected a roughly $494 million takeover proposal, arguing that the sweetened offer still undervalues the company and its turnaround potential.

Capital & Regulation

Another AI infrastructure company is testing the IPO market as Accelevation targets a valuation of up to $5.4 billion; the data-center equipment specialist and existing shareholders are looking to raise as much as $720 million amid heavy spending on power, cooling, and computing capacity.

UBS is fighting Switzerland over how much capital it may eventually have to hold as lawmakers weigh tougher rules created after Credit Suisse’s collapse; CEO Sergio Ermotti argues that proposals requiring 90% to 100% CET1 backing for foreign subsidiaries would damage the bank’s competitiveness.

Movers and Shakers

Worthington Enterprises [WOR]: Premarket Move: +16%

Worthington surged after fiscal first-quarter earnings and revenue both beat Wall Street expectations. Adjusted EPS came in at $0.82 versus $0.74 expected, while revenue rose 13% to $343.9 million and free cash flow nearly doubled to $54 million, giving traders fresh confidence in the company’s organic growth and margin execution.

IonQ [IONQ]: Premarket Move: +11%

IonQ jumped after demonstrating what it calls the industry’s first end-to-end real-time quantum error correction decoder running on a standard CPU. The breakthrough addresses a major bottleneck in fault-tolerant quantum computing by correcting errors across millions of operations without slowing execution, adding another technical catalyst ahead of this week’s Quantum World Congress.

Voyager Technologies [VOYG]: Premarket Move: −6%

Voyager Technologies fell after announcing plans to raise $350 million through a new convertible senior notes offering. The company could issue another $52.5 million of notes if buyers exercise their option, with proceeds earmarked partly for growth and acquisitions, but the potential for added leverage and future share dilution pressured the stock.

Everything Else

You Read This Far. Here's Where the Real Work Lives.

We run three live portfolios on Autopilot, and everything about them is public: every position, every allocation, every trade, visible the moment it happens.

We keep our own money in each one, because analysis you won't fund yourself is just content.

THE UNBREAKABLE STACK
Our growth book: durable software and cybersecurity names built to compound quietly for years.

THE HORMUZ PREMIUM
Our energy thesis: built for how that sector actually pays, over quarters, not headlines.

THE ELON INDEX
Our conviction bet on the Musk universe: Tesla, and the companies orbiting his ventures, energy, AI, infrastructure. High-beta by design, for investors who want direct exposure to the trade rather than watching it from the sidelines.

And here's the part that makes it effortless: Autopilot does the trading for you. Connect the brokerage you already use (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, and more) and every move we make gets mirrored in your own account automatically.

Your money never leaves your brokerage. It stays in your account, under your control, and you can override any trade or disconnect anytime. Autopilot even rebalances automatically when allocations drift, and you get a notification every time something happens.

No watching tickers. No timing entries. No fat-finger mistakes at market open. You pick the portfolio, we do the work, your account follows along.

Pick the one that fits your risk level, or run all three:

Live portfolios, real positions, our own capital at stake. Your funds stay in your own brokerage account. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.

That’s all for today. Thank you for reading. If you have any feedback, please reply to this email.

Best Regards,
