Nvidia Has $280 Billion Riding on One Earnings Report

Options traders are pricing in roughly a $280 billion swing in Nvidia’s market value after Wednesday’s earnings report. Expectations for AI demand remain enormous, but the implied stock move is actually smaller than ahead of recent reports, suggesting Nvidia’s explosive growth has become more predictable even as the company remains the market’s most important AI bellwether.

Germany Finally Shows Signs of Waking Up

German business confidence improved much more than expected in August, while second-quarter economic growth was revised slightly higher. Sentiment improved across every major sector, adding to stronger industrial production, exports, and investor confidence and providing some evidence that Europe’s largest economy may finally be emerging from a prolonged period of stagnation.

AI & Chips

RUM Group Lands a $13.7 Billion AI Contract It Still Has to Finance

RUM Group signed a six-year AI infrastructure contract worth $13.7 billion with an unnamed U.S. cloud customer for access to GPUs and related services. The deal gives the company a huge potential revenue stream following its Northern Data acquisition, but there is one major catch: RUM says it still needs to raise the debt or equity required to build enough capacity to fulfill the contract.

Tencent-Backed Enflame Heads for a $900 Million IPO

Chinese AI chipmaker Enflame Technology will open subscriptions for its Shanghai IPO in early September as it seeks nearly $900 million. The Tencent-backed company plans to put the proceeds into next-generation AI processors and integrated hardware and software, giving China’s push to build a domestic alternative to foreign AI chips another major public-market test.

Robotics & Commerce

Unitree’s Robot Rally Just Lost $30 Billion

Unitree has fallen roughly 45% from its post-IPO peak after its valuation briefly surged as high as $66 billion, sparking fresh concerns about a robotics bubble. The humanoid-robot maker remains one of China’s highest-profile technology companies, but the violent reversal is forcing investors to ask whether excitement around embodied AI has moved much faster than commercial adoption and earnings.

Temu’s Growth Machine Is Starting to Feel the Pressure

PDD Holdings reported slower-than-expected quarterly revenue growth as intense competition in China and mounting regulatory pressure overseas weighed on its Temu and Pinduoduo businesses. Revenue still increased 8%, but profit fell 12% as the company spent more on logistics and merchant support, showing how much more expensive it has become to defend the low-price e-commerce model.

Healthcare & Diagnostics

Lilly and Roche Bring Alzheimer’s Testing Into the Blood Lab

The FDA cleared Roche and Eli Lilly’s new blood test for signs of Alzheimer’s disease in patients 55 and older with cognitive decline. The test can run on thousands of existing Roche laboratory systems and is expected to be offered by Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics, potentially making Alzheimer’s screening far easier than relying primarily on brain scans or spinal-fluid testing.

J&J Opens a New Market for Its Rare-Disease Drug

Johnson & Johnson received expanded FDA approval for Imaavy, making it the first approved treatment for warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia in eligible patients aged 12 and older. The rare disorder causes the immune system to destroy red blood cells, and J&J’s clinical study showed the drug helped significantly more patients achieve lasting improvements in hemoglobin levels than placebo.

Industry & Capital

Melrose Gets a Date for Its Aerospace Factory Comeback

Melrose Industries said its GKN Aerospace operation is targeting late September to fully reopen its Garden Grove facility after a chemical incident disrupted production and forced nearby residents to evacuate in May. The company is setting aside up to $100 million for claims, but the clearer reopening timeline reduces uncertainty around a plant that supplies critical components to the aerospace industry.

Deutsche Bank Keeps Sending Cash Back to Shareholders

Deutsche Bank will begin a new €500 million share repurchase program after completing its previous €1 billion buyback. The move adds to a growing wave of capital returns across European banks, where stronger profits and healthier balance sheets are giving management teams more room to reward shareholders after years spent rebuilding capital.

Movers and Shakers

Navitas Semiconductor [NVTS]: Premarket Move: +7%

Navitas Semiconductor jumped after the company agreed to acquire power-management specialist Claros for up to $232.8 million. The deal brings vertical power delivery and integrated voltage regulator technology into Navitas’ portfolio, expanding its exposure to AI data centers and lifting its estimated 2030 addressable market above $8 billion.

Cadeler [CDLR]: Premarket Move: +6%

Cadeler rallied after first-half results showed revenue more than doubling as its expanded offshore wind fleet drove higher contracted activity. Revenue reached €408 million, up from €188 million a year earlier, while profit climbed 54% to €88 million and the company maintained its full-year revenue guidance of €854 million to €944 million.

Omnicom [OMC]: Premarket Move: −4%

Omnicom pulled back after Monday’s rally pushed the advertising giant to a fresh 52-week high, with shares having gained ground in four of the previous five sessions. The reversal comes as traders continue to weigh the company’s integration of Interpublic, where recent analyst commentary has highlighted execution risks and limited visibility into the combined company’s underlying growth trajectory.

You Read This Far. Here's Where the Real Work Lives.

We run three live portfolios on Autopilot, and everything about them is public: every position, every allocation, every trade, visible the moment it happens.

We keep our own money in each one, because analysis you won't fund yourself is just content.

THE UNBREAKABLE STACK
Our growth book: durable software and cybersecurity names built to compound quietly for years.

THE HORMUZ PREMIUM
Our energy thesis: built for how that sector actually pays, over quarters, not headlines.

THE SQUEEZE
The defensive sleeve: staples and steady compounders, boring on purpose, built for the nights you'd rather sleep than watch futures.

And here's the part that makes it effortless: Autopilot does the trading for you. Connect the brokerage you already use (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, and more) and every move we make gets mirrored in your own account automatically.

Your money never leaves your brokerage. It stays in your account, under your control, and you can override any trade or disconnect anytime. Autopilot even rebalances automatically when allocations drift, and you get a notification every time something happens.

No watching tickers. No timing entries. No fat-finger mistakes at market open. You pick the portfolio, we do the work, your account follows along.

Pick the one that fits your risk level, or run all three:

Live portfolios, real positions, our own capital at stake. Your funds stay in your own brokerage account. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.

That’s all for today. Thank you for reading. If you have any feedback, please reply to this email.
