Meta's stock surged 6% on Thursday following impressive second-quarter earnings and a promising revenue forecast that exceeded Wall Street's predictions.

The company's revenue for the quarter soared 22% to $39.07 billion, up from $32 billion a year prior, surpassing analysts' expectations of $38.31 billion, according to the London Stock Exchange Group.
