Shopify showed that AI can drive more traffic and orders rather than disrupt its platform, while Eli Lilly widened its lead in the obesity-drug market. Disney also proved the value of its franchise machine as Toy Story 5 lifted streaming, merchandise, and theme-park demand.

Beyond The Rockets (Sponsored)
Wall Street analysts have picked apart the SpaceX filing, but one researcher believes they missed the biggest opportunity inside it.
He says the real story has little to do with rockets. Instead, it may point to a hidden business that could become more valuable than SpaceX’s launch operations and reshape the AI economy.
After traveling to Starbase to investigate, he identified one publicly traded company positioned to benefit.
It is not Tesla. And it is not SpaceX.

A Product Chief Has Sold $18.5 Million. A CEO Just Cut His Reported Stake by 40%.
One senior technology executive sold another $3 million as his company reached a fresh 52-week high, bringing his disclosed sales since late May above $18.5 million.
Elsewhere, a CEO sold nearly $7.8 million immediately after an earnings beat sent shares sharply higher. The dollar amount is smaller than the technology executive’s selling campaign, but the ownership reduction sends the stronger warning.

Market Pulse
Wall Street’s Profit Engine Refuses to Cool
The U.S. market’s latest record run is being supported by an earnings season that keeps clearing an unusually high bar. With more than three-quarters of the S&P 500 reporting, second-quarter profit is on pace to rise 31%, while technology earnings are tracking 72% higher. Valuations have also eased from last year’s levels, although rising Treasury yields remain the clearest threat to further gains.
India Keeps Rates Steady and Growth Expectations High
The Reserve Bank of India held its benchmark rate at 5.25% as policymakers waited for a clearer inflation picture. The central bank slightly lowered its inflation forecast to 5% while raising expected economic growth to 6.7%, giving it room to remain patient rather than following regional peers toward tighter policy.

AI & Commerce
Shopify Turns AI From Threat to Traffic Source
Shopify shares surged after the company showed that artificial intelligence is bringing merchants more business rather than replacing its platform. AI-driven traffic and orders tripled during the quarter, revenue climbed 34%, and management forecast another low-30% increase as partnerships with OpenAI, Google, and Microsoft expand its reach.
Foxconn’s AI Server Boom Breaks Another Record
Foxconn’s monthly revenue exceeded T$900 billion for the first time as demand for AI servers and networking equipment accelerated. July sales jumped 54% from a year earlier, and the Nvidia and Apple supplier expects AI rack shipments to maintain their momentum through the third quarter.

Chips & Data Storage
Sandisk’s Data-Center Sales More Than Double
Sandisk forecast another quarter of stronger-than-expected revenue as generative AI creates heavier demand for enterprise flash storage. Data-center revenue more than doubled sequentially to nearly $3 billion, while management added $14 billion to its share-repurchase authorization after comfortably beating quarterly sales and profit estimates.
Western Digital Learns That a Beat Can Still Disappoint
Western Digital projected revenue and profit above Wall Street’s forecasts, but its shares still fell sharply after hours. The stock had already tripled this year on expectations for booming data-center demand, leaving investors unwilling to overlook weaker consumer and personal-computer storage trends.

Consumer & Media
Toy Story 5 Becomes a Whole-Company Catalyst
Disney said the success of Toy Story 5 lifted more than ticket sales, boosting Disney+ engagement, merchandise demand, and theme-park attendance. Adjusted earnings rose 28%, parks revenue approached $10 billion, and entertainment operating income jumped 64%, demonstrating why Disney continues to build its strategy around franchises that travel across the entire company.
E.l.f. Beauty Finds Growth in the Value Aisle

Healthcare & Finance
Lilly Pulls Further Ahead in the Obesity Race

Singapore’s UOB agreed to sell its asset-management unit to Allianz for approximately $434 million. Movers and Shakers

HubSpot [HUBS]: Premarket Move: −23%
HubSpot plunged after slower customer additions and weak guidance prompted Oppenheimer to downgrade the stock. The company added roughly 7,000 net new customers, below the expected 9,000–10,000 range, as tighter client budgets pressured new recurring revenue and retention.
SoundHound AI [SOUN]: Premarket Move: +22%
SoundHound surged as new enterprise AI deals helped preliminary second-quarter revenue climb 45% to $61.9 million, well above the $52.4 million consensus estimate. Management raised the bottom of its full-year outlook, although reaching the $245 million midpoint requires second-half revenue to grow roughly 31% from the first half.
SiTime [SITM]: Premarket Move: +30%
SiTime jumped as demand for its precision timing chips pushed quarterly revenue 127% higher to $157.4 million, with every business segment growing at least 50%. You Read This Far. Here's Where the Real Work Lives.
We run three live portfolios on Autopilot, and everything about them is public: every position, every allocation, every trade, visible the moment it happens.
We keep our own money in each one, because analysis you won't fund yourself is just content.
THE UNBREAKABLE STACK
Our growth book: durable software and cybersecurity names built to compound quietly for years.
THE HORMUZ PREMIUM
Our energy thesis: built for how that sector actually pays, over quarters, not headlines.
THE SQUEEZE
The defensive sleeve: staples and steady compounders, boring on purpose, built for the nights you'd rather sleep than watch futures.
And here's the part that makes it effortless: Autopilot does the trading for you. Connect the brokerage you already use (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, and more) and every move we make gets mirrored in your own account automatically.
Your money never leaves your brokerage. It stays in your account, under your control, and you can override any trade or disconnect anytime. Autopilot even rebalances automatically when allocations drift, and you get a notification every time something happens.
No watching tickers. No timing entries. No fat-finger mistakes at market open. You pick the portfolio, we do the work, your account follows along.
Pick the one that fits your risk level, or run all three:
Live portfolios, real positions, our own capital at stake. Your funds stay in your own brokerage account. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.

That’s all for today. Thank you for reading. If you have any feedback, please reply to this email.
