AI demand is increasingly reshaping where physical capacity gets built, from memory fabs to enormous data-center campuses. At the same time, persistent component shortages and a fresh wave of AI-driven biotech investment show how far the spending cycle is spreading beyond traditional software and chips.

Market Pulse
The Fed decision lands today with markets broadly expecting another rate increase after hotter inflation revived the tightening debate; Treasury yields remain near multi-year highs, keeping pressure on valuations across risk assets.
Stocks are bending, not breaking under higher yields as strong earnings and continued AI profit growth keep supporting equities despite one of the sharpest bond-market selloffs in years.

Chips & Hardware
SK Hynix could start making memory chips in the U.S. through exploratory talks with Intel around its Ohio complex, potentially giving cloud customers more domestic supply as AI drives an increasingly severe memory shortage.
Smaller device makers are preparing for years of memory scarcity as phone and laptop companies redesign products and lock in supply wherever they can; executives expect shortages to persist through 2027 and potentially much longer.

AI & Innovation
Anthropic just locked up a massive Australian data-center site through its first infrastructure agreement in the country, covering a planned 2.16-gigawatt campus near Brisbane that could begin coming online in 2027.
ByteDance’s AI drug spinoff is already worth $1.5 billion after Anew Labs raised $290 million in its first outside financing round, giving another major technology company a direct route into AI-powered drug discovery.

McCormick’s Unilever food deal is getting a closer look after Britain’s competition regulator opened an investigation into whether the acquisition could reduce competition in UK food markets.

Finance & Capital
India’s NSE is launching a $2.3 billion IPO at a lower valuation as slower options trading forces investors to rethink one of the exchange’s biggest growth engines; the offering would still rank among India’s largest ever.
Revolut wants a bigger piece of Swiss banking after applying for a local banking license and committing $183 million to expansion, which would let it offer salary accounts, local deposit insurance, and a broader range of franc-based services.

Movers and Shakers

Alvotech [ALVO]: Premarket Move: +7%
Alvotech jumped after Barclays upgraded the biosimilar drugmaker to Overweight from Underweight and doubled its price target to $8 from $4. The firm pointed to Alvotech’s resubmitted FDA applications for several major biosimilars, with decisions expected later this year, raising confidence that regulatory progress could unlock multiple new U.S. launches.
Intel [INTC]: Premarket Move: +5%
Intel rallied after Reuters reported that SK Hynix is in talks to manufacture memory chips at Intel’s Ohio complex. Options reportedly include leasing part of the facility or creating a joint venture, which could bring a major new customer into Intel’s manufacturing network while strengthening U.S. production of memory chips needed for AI data centers.
J.B. Hunt [JBHT]: Premarket Move: −10%
J.B. Hunt sank after management highlighted mounting cost pressures during the Morgan Stanley Laguna Conference. Executives said driver shortages are forcing the company to raise pay, offer signing and retention bonuses, and spend more on training, while management emphasized that restoring margins will require leaning harder on pricing rather than chasing volume.

You Read This Far. Here's Where the Real Work Lives.
We run three live portfolios on Autopilot, and everything about them is public: every position, every allocation, every trade, visible the moment it happens.
We keep our own money in each one, because analysis you won't fund yourself is just content.
THE UNBREAKABLE STACK
Our growth book: durable software and cybersecurity names built to compound quietly for years.
THE HORMUZ PREMIUM
Our energy thesis: built for how that sector actually pays, over quarters, not headlines.
THE ELON INDEX
Our conviction bet on the Musk universe: Tesla, and the companies orbiting his ventures, energy, AI, infrastructure. High-beta by design, for investors who want direct exposure to the trade rather than watching it from the sidelines.
And here's the part that makes it effortless: Autopilot does the trading for you. Connect the brokerage you already use (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, and more) and every move we make gets mirrored in your own account automatically.
Your money never leaves your brokerage. It stays in your account, under your control, and you can override any trade or disconnect anytime. Autopilot even rebalances automatically when allocations drift, and you get a notification every time something happens.
No watching tickers. No timing entries. No fat-finger mistakes at market open. You pick the portfolio, we do the work, your account follows along.
Pick the one that fits your risk level, or run all three:
Live portfolios, real positions, our own capital at stake. Your funds stay in your own brokerage account. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.
