The AI buildout is still pulling enormous amounts of capital toward chips, data centers, and frontier models, but the risks around that spending are becoming harder to ignore. Regulators are also paying closer attention to leverage, valuations, and whether the growth stories attracting billions of dollars are backed by durable demand.

Market Pulse
Asian tech stocks started the week higher as AI-driven data demand lifted chipmakers across South Korea and Taiwan; U.S. futures also gained, even as bond markets continue pricing the possibility of additional Fed hikes this year.
The Fed and Bank of England are digging into Wall Street’s leverage risks after Jane Street reportedly took a $15 billion hit tied to the collapse of an AI-focused hedge fund, prompting questions about banks’ exposure to large trading firms.

AI & Infrastructure
Taiwan just broke ground on another critical piece of the AI supply chain with a new advanced-packaging park anchored by TSMC; the site will help suppliers test technologies used to package chips from Nvidia, AMD, and Broadcom.
SoftBank is borrowing more than $10 billion to fund its OpenAI bet through new dollar- and euro-denominated bond offerings, replacing a bridge loan ahead of its next $10 billion investment payment due in October.

Robotics & Healthcare
China is cooling its humanoid-robot IPO frenzy as regulators raise scrutiny around valuations and revenue quality; Unitree has already fallen 55% from its post-listing peak, while investors increasingly want evidence of real commercial demand.
Novo Nordisk is under pressure to find a growth engine beyond Wegovy as investors push management for a clearer post-semaglutide strategy; Lilly’s Zepbound is expected to outsell Wegovy this year while key patents approach expiration next decade.

Media & Deals
Paramount could spend $1.5 billion in California to save its Warner Bros. Discovery deal as settlement talks move toward potential concessions on production, studio ownership, cable assets, and CNN oversight for the proposed $110 billion merger.
Sazerac is taking another European spirits brand private with a takeover offer for Germany’s Berentzen at €5.55 per share; the U.S. drinks group expects to delist the company after completing the acquisition.

Capital & IPOs
Four Chinese companies are chasing $1.83 billion in Hong Kong listings as RoboTechnik leads a fresh wave of offerings; the AI-infrastructure supplier alone could raise more than $650 million if its full allotment is exercised.
Moneyview is shrinking its IPO ambitions before going public with the Accel-backed fintech now targeting a valuation around $624 million after cutting both the fresh share issuance and the number of shares existing investors plan to sell.

Movers and Shakers

Accenture [ACN]: Premarket Move: +6%
Accenture jumped after announcing a major AI safety partnership with Anthropic. The companies each plan to invest at least $1 billion over five years, with Accenture deploying embedded teams to evaluate and stress-test Anthropic’s AI models, giving the consulting giant a potentially lucrative new role as demand for independent AI oversight grows.
USA Rare Earth [USAR]: Premarket Move: +6%
USA Rare Earth climbed as Chinese rare-earth magnet shipments to the U.S. fell sharply ahead of this week’s Trump-Xi summit. August shipments dropped roughly 20% from July, reinforcing concerns about U.S. dependence on Chinese supply and strengthening the strategic case for domestic producers such as USA Rare Earth as Washington pushes to build a more secure mine-to-magnet supply chain.
Amneal Pharmaceuticals [AMRX]: Premarket Move: −5%
Amneal pulled back as traders took profits following a strong multi-day run, despite Friday’s FDA approval and immediate launch of its lanreotide injection. The reference drug generated roughly $983 million in U.S. sales over the past year, but Amneal shares had already climbed sharply heading into Monday, including an 8.6% surge earlier in the week, leaving the stock vulnerable to some profit-taking.

You Read This Far. Here's Where the Real Work Lives.
We run three live portfolios on Autopilot, and everything about them is public: every position, every allocation, every trade, visible the moment it happens.
We keep our own money in each one, because analysis you won't fund yourself is just content.
THE UNBREAKABLE STACK
Our growth book: durable software and cybersecurity names built to compound quietly for years.
THE HORMUZ PREMIUM
Our energy thesis: built for how that sector actually pays, over quarters, not headlines.
THE ELON INDEX
Our conviction bet on the Musk universe: Tesla, and the companies orbiting his ventures, energy, AI, infrastructure. High-beta by design, for investors who want direct exposure to the trade rather than watching it from the sidelines.
And here's the part that makes it effortless: Autopilot does the trading for you. Connect the brokerage you already use (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, and more) and every move we make gets mirrored in your own account automatically.
Your money never leaves your brokerage. It stays in your account, under your control, and you can override any trade or disconnect anytime. Autopilot even rebalances automatically when allocations drift, and you get a notification every time something happens.
No watching tickers. No timing entries. No fat-finger mistakes at market open. You pick the portfolio, we do the work, your account follows along.
Pick the one that fits your risk level, or run all three:
Live portfolios, real positions, our own capital at stake. Your funds stay in your own brokerage account. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.

That’s all for today. Thank you for reading. If you have any feedback, please reply to this email.
